Who You Will Work With:

Role Overview:

Mandatory: Scrum master with Embedded domain knowledge. Safe Agile and Scaled Agile experience.

German B2 or higher language proficiency is mandatory

Preferable: Medical/Health care experience


Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the field of Embedded Software Development.
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing and applying Scrum practices in technical teams.
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Gool understanding of embedded systems development, including real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and hardware-software integration.
  • Experience with the unique challenges of embedded development, such as limited resources, real-time requirements, and hardware constraints.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English & German written and spoken.

Key responsibilities:

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for implementing and promoting agile practices and principles to ensure effective, efficient, and harmonious development of embedded software solutions. You will work closely with our developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and maximize the quality of our products.

  • Facilitate Scrum Processes
  • Support the Development Team
  • Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor the team in agile principles to encourage self-organization and accountability.
  • Assist the team in accurate task estimation and \planning.
  • Support the team in overcoming technical challenges and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Promote a Productive Working Environment
  • Create a supportive environment that fosters collaboration and transparency.
  • Encourage a culture of open communication and mutual respect within the team.
  • Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
  • Identifies and implement improvement opportunities within the development process.
  • Analyze and track team metrics to monitor and enhance team performance and efficiency.
