We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of electronic security system installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, teams, and customer expectations across multiple concurrent projects. Experience in security installations for large commercial environments and data centers is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electronic security projects (CCTV,

alarms, access control).

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects

are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

· Manage project documentation including schedules, submittals, change orders,

risk assessments, and reports.

· Oversee site surveys, installation planning, equipment procurement, and

commissioning.

· Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and client-specific

compliance requirements (e.g., for data centers).

· Conduct regular project status meetings and site inspections to track progress and

resolve issues.

· Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams as needed.

· Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout

the project lifecycle.

· Prepare final project reports and support handover to service/maintenance teams.


Requirements

Essential:

· Proven experience (3+ years) managing security system installations (CCTV, access

control, alarms) or Construction projects ideally in commercial or critical

infrastructure settings.

· Integrity and professionalism given the nature of security business, trust and

reliability matter.

· Strong understanding of electronic security systems and installation

methodologies.

· Excellent project management and organizational skills.

· Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or

similar).

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as required.


Desirable:

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, PSP, ECS, or NSI qualifications).

· Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and physical

security best practices.
