Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Designer at Katalist. The Product Designer will be responsible for visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research on a day-to-day basis.

The Product Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and enhance the customer experience. This role combines deep expertise in UX/UI design with strong collaboration skills, contributing to product strategy and execution.

Qualifications

Visual Design, Design Thinking, and Product Design skills
User Research and UX Research skills
Experience in creating user-centric design solutions
Experience rapid prototyping and wireframing
Proficiency in design tools like Figma
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Startup experience is a plus
