Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Champion
- Ensure sales processes are clearly communicated, understood, and consistently followed.
- Work collaboratively with sales managers and team members, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Provide thoughtful guidance and support to help team members succeed at every stage of the sales process.
- Act as a liaison between the regional sales team and the central sales operations function to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and objectives.
- Ensure all local initiatives and processes adhere to the directives and best practices established by the central function.
- Keep Salesforce organized, accurate, and up-to-date, ensuring it serves as a reliable resource for the entire team.
- Conduct regular audits and collaborate with the team to maintain data integrity.
- Build user-friendly dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights, empowering leadership to make informed decisions.
- Harness the power of AI tools to streamline reporting, enhance decision-making, and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Explore innovative AI-driven solutions to optimize sales processes and elevate team performance.
- Stay curious and proactive, continuously exploring the latest technologies to drive improvement.
- Generate regular and on-demand reports that illuminate key metrics and trends.
- Leverage AI-driven insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive strategic success.
- Empower the team with information to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and confidence in maintaining and optimizing data systems (certifications are a plus).
- An interest in leveraging AI tools to create smarter, more efficient workflows.
- A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude, always looking for ways to improve processes and empower the team.
- English fluent
