Take your first step into data-driven SAP consulting with our SAP Academy, designed to shape future SAP BI professionals in Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara.

Overview:

We are seeking data and analytics enthusiasts eager to step into the consulting world. You will dive into data-centric BI internal projects and gain hands-on experience with SAP BI Cloud technologies such as SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Start date: 1st of April 2026

• 7 weeks & 8h/day of hands-on training
• Opportunity to be hired as a SAP Consultant right after completing the academy
• Personalized learning paths designed around the SAP BI focus area
• Develop a solid understanding of SAP BI Cloud technologies such as SAP Datasphere, SAPAnalytics Cloud Reporting and Planning
• Practical, hands-on training sessions based on day-to-day business and real-life scenarios
• Opportunity to obtain a SAP Certification after successfully completing the Lift Off program
• Well-structured learning program, covering:
• Introduction to SAP BI and data analytics foundations
• In-depth SAP BI training, focusing on cloud, through a mix of self-study, expert-led sessions, and practical simulations
• Learning to design and develop complete flows in SAP Datasphere, from inbound sources to outbound analytical models, using graphical and SQL interfaces, including SQLScript
• Learning to design, develop and support interactive SAC dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements, including complex scripts using JavaScript
• Learning to design, develop and support planning processes in SAC Planning with the use of data actions, multi actions and calendar.
  

Qualifications

• Analytical & abstract thinking skills
• Hands-on experience with SAP or non-SAP BI tools is highly valued, particularly in data warehousing or reporting
• Eager to switch from business domain to consulting
• Working experience with one or both:
• SQLScript (Procedural SQL)
• JavaScript
• Passionate, curious, and motivated about the SAP environment
• Experience in an international environment with complex processes and usage of English (a must), German (a plus)
• Full-time availability
