AI TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our Data & AI Product team, contributing to a portfolio of intelligent manufacturing solutions focused on data-driven operational excellence. You will take ownership of product modules — such as predictive quality, predictive maintenance, energy monitoring, workforce management, production scheduling, etc. — with responsibility for defining, developing, and delivering features that maximize value for our customers and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will work collaboratively across engineering, product management, and business teams to shape strategic roadmaps, supervise development cycles, and support both technical delivery and customer implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Ownership & Delivery
• Take full technical and functional ownership of assigned manufacturing AI modules, driving their feature development and ongoing evolution.
• Product Development Lifecycle
• Participate in lifecycle planning, backlog refinement, user story definition, sprint execution, and release cycles for your modules.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with AI engineers, software developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and other technical teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
• Alignment with Product Strategy
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Growth, and Executive leadership to align module roadmaps with broader business and product goals.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Communicate technical decisions, progress updates, and risks to internal stakeholders and external partners; support pre-sales and customer implementations by shaping requirements and solution design inputs.
• Agile Execution & Best Practices
• Drive Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Technical & AI Background
• Strong experience with engineering teams and software development practices, especially in AI/ML or data-driven products.
• Manufacturing Domain Knowledge
• Practical understanding of AI use cases in manufacturing — such as predictive maintenance, quality control/monitoring, scheduling, energy optimization, or related areas — or strong interest in industrial AI products.
• Product / Project Experience
• Demonstrated success in technical product ownership, product development, or project leadership roles. Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog lifecycle management is preferred.
• Communication & Collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership & Problem Solving
• Ability to motivate and coordinate teams, make data-informed decisions, and articulate trade-offs clearly.
