Procurement Specialist (part-time 60% / 6-months contract)
As part of Lombard Odier Technology & Operations Unit, the Procurement Specialist reports to the Development Chief of Operations and will help him to steer our procurement and external-consultants-related activities and reporting.
YOUR MISSON
- In collaboration with the department managers, be responsible for the creation of Purchase Requests / Purchase Orders in the Coupa tool.
- Provide support to the various parties involved to streamline the process of receiving and validating invoices.
- In collaboration with Finance and Human Resources, provide support to department managers throughout the onboarding process for resources (internal and external).
- Monitor the process of staff departures or transfers.
- Assist the PMOs in the COO Development team with various administrative tasks, e.g. monitoring timesheets, updating tasks and projects in the PPM tool (Service Now and Jira), reconciling the resource repository, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Adaptability and excellent communication skills, both written and oral in French and English (other languages will be appreciated)
- At ease with data handling using Excel and its functions (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables… no macros/VBA skills required)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
- Comfortable using IT tools (e.g. SAP, Coupa; no previous experience required)
- Residence in Switzerland.
