Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Qatar

Job Type: Full-time | 1-Year Contract (Extendable based on performance and project needs)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, system design, or senior technical roles delivering enterprise solutions.
Proven experience designing multi-tier architectures and microservices-based systems (Frontend, Middleware, Database).
Strong cloud experience with at least one major provider (OCI, Azure, or AWS) and understanding of multi-cloud patterns.
Demonstrated expertise in integration strategies (RESTful APIs, ESBs) and working knowledge of Oracle, React, SharePoint or similar platforms.
Solid knowledge of security and compliance practices, including Identity Management protocols (OAuth, SAML), data encryption and privacy considerations.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automated deployments and infrastructure as code.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to produce clear architectural artifacts and present to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or Oracle Cloud certifications.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) at scale.
Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven design or AI toolchains, including governance and auditing of AI-generated components.
Prior experience working in Qatar or the GCC region and understanding of regional compliance/regulatory requirements.
Experience with identity governance, advanced integration scenarios or legacy system migrations.
Track record of driving architectural governance and mentoring engineering teams on best practices.

Job Summary

Core Technical Skills:

System Design: Designing multi-tier architectures (Frontend, Middleware, Database) and microservices.
Security & Compliance: Establishing standards for Identity Management (OAuth, SAML), Data Privacy, and Encryption.
Integration Strategy: Defining how disparate systems (Oracle, React, SharePoint, 3rd party APIs) communicate via ESBs or RESTful fabrics.
Cloud & DevOps: Expertise in multi-cloud environments (OCI, Azure, AWS) and automated CI/CD pipelines.

AI & Vibe Logic Competencies

Architectural Guardrails: Defining "System Prompts" that developers must use to ensure AI-generated code adheres to corporate security and performance standards.
AI Toolchain Selection: Identifying the best AI agents and LLMs for specific technical domains.
Integrity Auditing: Periodically reviewing AI-generated architectural components to prevent "technical debt" and "hallucinated" dependencies.
