Core Technical Skills
- Agile Frameworks: Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Tooling: Expertise in Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps, specifically configuring dashboards for velocity tracking.
- Resource Management: Balancing the workload between manual oversight and AI-driven generation.
- AI Velocity Tracking: Adapting "Story Points" to account for AI-acceleration (e.g., recognizing that a "5-point" task in 2024 is now a "1-point" task with Vibe Coding).
- Prompt-Blocker Removal: Identifying when a developer is "stuck" due to poor AI prompting and facilitating collaborative "prompt-refinement" sessions.
- Rapid Feedback Loops: Coordinating with the UI/UX resource to ensure AI-generated prototypes are validated by stakeholders daily, not just at the end of a sprint.
