We have an urgent requirement for Senior Temenos T24 Techno functional—TAFJ/TAFC; OFS/APIs/MQ with BOD-EOD-COB; core banking & accounting (AA, Accounts, Payments) is required for one of our banking client in Oman

Strong experience in end-to-end T24 development is MUST
Strong experience on T24 technical architecture on Oracle (TAFJ, TAFC, multi-app servers, JEDI) is MUST Strong experience on T24 integrations & batch processing (OFS/OFSML, APIs/MQ, BOD/EOD/COB) is MUST
String experience on core T24 modules (AA, Accounts, Deposits, Payments + accounting/GL) is MUST
Strong Banking domain is MUST

Job Brief

The T24 Senior Developer role requires strong technical expertise combined with deep banking domain knowledge. The position is responsible for end-to-end development, customization, integration, and testing of the Temenos T24 Core Banking System, with direct involvement in business requirement gathering and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications aligned with T24 architecture and standards.
Design, develop, and support T24 core banking modules and local developments.
Integrate T24 with external systems using OFS, APIs, web services, and MQ.
Manage and optimize BOD/EOD/COB batch processes.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Temenos and internal development standards.
Analyze T24 and related system logs for performance tuning and issue resolution.
Support production issues, incident resolution, and crisis management.
Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Follow change management and release processes for deployments and patches.

Mandatory Skillsets

Mandatory Technical Skills

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 development.
Strong experience working with T24 on Oracle database.
Proven expertise in TAFJ administration and multi-application server architecture.
Strong working knowledge of TAFJ / TAFC environments.
Hands-on experience with JEDI drivers and database connectivity.
Experience with T24 Browser.
Proven experience in OFS and OFSML integrations.
Experience integrating T24 with external systems using APIs, Web Services, and MQ.
Strong knowledge of COB, BOD, and EOD batch processing and multithreading concepts.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot T24 logs across multiple layers.
Experience handling production issues, patch deployments, and library corruptions.
Knowledge of Build Control and release management.
Working knowledge of SWIFT / RTGS / ACH payment systems.
Experience with T24 printer setup and configuration.

Strong understanding of banking operations and accounting principles.
Ability to prepare, review, and post correction entries without causing GL mismatches.
Working knowledge of CRB / CRF regulatory reporting and reconciliation processes.

Mandatory Domain Experience

Hands-on experience in implementing Temenos T24 (or Globus) Core Banking System in a banking environment.
Experience working with T24 versions R16 and R21.
Strong exposure to retail banking modules and accounting.
Experience in business requirement gathering and user-facing roles within banks.

Mandatory Experience & Qualification

Total Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in banking or IT environments.
T24 Experience: Minimum 7+ years hands-on.
Proven experience in Business Analysis and T24 Development in banking and financial services.
