About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in user-centered design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create visually appealing and highly functional interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, with a preference for Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions effectively.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
  
  

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and user needs.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Maintaining and evolving design systems and UI guidelines to ensure uniformity across platforms.
• Implementing improvements based on user feedback, data analytics, and usability findings.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
