Responsibilities

Eagle Platform Support

• Provide operational support for Eagle applications including data ingestion, processing, validation, and reporting.
• Monitor daily batch cycles and resolve system or data-related issues within SLA timelines.

Reference Data Center

• Maintain and validate security, issuer, and instrument reference data.
• Resolve reference data exceptions and ensure data accuracy across downstream systems.

Pricing Center

• Monitor daily pricing workflows and vendor price loads.
• Investigate pricing breaks and ensure accurate security valuation.

Portfolio Data Centre

• Manage portfolio setup, maintenance, and structural changes.
• Ensure accurate portfolio attributes for accounting, performance, and reporting processes.

Automation Center

• Monitor automated workflows and scheduled jobs.
• Analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, and support process automation improvements.

Exporters and Uploaders

• Execute and monitor inbound and outbound data feeds.
• Validate file formats, mappings, and data completeness.
• Troubleshoot feed failures and ensure timely data delivery.

Eagle STAR (Accounting)

• Support accounting data processing including transactions, positions, and valuations.
• Investigate STAR exceptions and ensure accurate ledger and accounting outputs.

Eagle PACE (Performance)

• Monitor performance calculation jobs and validations.
• Resolve PACE errors related to returns, benchmarks, and attribution data.

Accounting Center

• Support daily accounting cycles, reconciliations, and period-end close activities.
• Identify and resolve accounting breaks impacting financial reporting.

Message Center Streams

• Monitor message center streams and batch messaging.
• Identify and resolve message failures or delays to ensure data flow continuity.

Performance & Advanced Reporting

• Support performance measurement and reporting processes.
• Execute and troubleshoot advanced and ad-hoc reporting jobs.
• Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of client and management reports.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide weekend and off-hours production support when required.
• Document operational procedures, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with global teams, business users, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls and SLAs.
