The Role

They are looking to bring in an Analytics Engineer to play a key role in shaping analytics-ready data models and enabling AI-powered insights across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of analytics engineering, customer enablement, and emerging AI technologies, offering a rare mix of hands-on technical work and strategic impact.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design scalable data models, onboard users to the analytics platform, and continuously improve data accuracy, accessibility, and performance.

• Designing and building production-ready DBT models using best-practice dimensional modelling
• Integrating multiple data sources into high-quality, analytics-ready datasets
• Enabling self-service analytics through semantic layers and standardized metrics

• Driving platform improvements through monitoring, feedback loops, and roadmap ownership

Your Experience

They are looking for a proactive, problem solving Analytics Engineer who enjoys combining technical depth with business impact. You’ll be comfortable owning data models end-to-end and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key requirements include:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role
• Strong expertise in DBT and advanced SQL
• Experience using BI tools with built in NLQ capability, such as ThoughtSpot, Yellowfin, Tableau "AskData", QuickSighton, etc
• Solid understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball or similar methodologies)
• Experience working with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, semantic layers, NLQ tools, and analytics CI/CD practices
