The ideal Software Engineer will contribute to the development of the company's wireless broadband line of products.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize and deliver software modules belonging to our Virtual Fiber & LTE product lines.
- Code design and review
- Interact with colleagues to track down bugs, feature requests and provide potential improvements to the existing software solutions.
- Knowledge of microprocessor/microcontroller architectures;
- Solid knowledge of C/C++ language;
- Exposure to real-time operating systems (i.e., VxWorks);
- Linux operating systems knowledge;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong analytics, and problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, strong teamwork skills, availability to travel.
- Experience in device driver development;
- Debug experience by using logic analyzers, digital oscilloscopes;
- Familiarity with low-level and assembly programming;
- Familiarity with multi-threaded, RTOS environments
- Knowledge of TCP/IP stack, socket programming;
- University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, and Telecommunications or comparable;
- Good communication skills in English, written and verbal.
