Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and commercial roadmap for the company's brachytherapy Treatment Planning System (TPS), with a strategic emphasis on AI-driven automation and next-generation digital workflows. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for transforming brachytherapy planning by integrating advanced AI technologies while ensuring clinical robustness grounded in radiation physics principles. This will all be done in a way that allows alignment with Elekta’s SW offering where SW integration in the hospital eco system will be a key element.
In addition, this role will drive portfolio-level integration of third-party imaging solutions distributed by the company. While these imaging products are externally developed, the Product Manager will actively shape their roadmaps, negotiate partnership terms, ensure seamless technical and clinical integration with the TPS, and deliver a coherent end-to-end brachytherapy workflow that maximizes customer value and competitive differentiation.
The successful candidate will balance technical depth with commercial acumen, translating market insights and customer needs into products that drive revenue growth and margin expansion, strengthen market position, and advance patient outcomes. A key part of the role will be to acquire customer input into the roadmap to align our new products with our customer clinical needs
