About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Coordinator - Employee Relations & Services to join our Employee Relations team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist in handling employee grievances and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Support investigations related to disciplinary actions, misconduct, or policy violations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and outcomes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback surveys.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee letters (e.g., salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters).
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams for employee-related updates.
  • Ensure all employee files are complete and compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or internal reviews.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR services.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
