Responsibilities
• Deliver stakeholders needs for new or updated visualization
• Deliver data handling needed to visualize product plans, progress, capabilities or test results
• Data mining to find the right data to present in a transparent way
• Scripting to support the organization in transferring data from one tool to another
• Test management tasks to align the organization
• Improvements and updates of existing data handling, data mining or more efficient transparency/visualization.
• Suggest new visualizations, change or removal of visualization that no one looks at (e.g monitor the number of visualizations visitors or extraction of data)
• UX support to make the technical data presented in the way stakeholders can understand and want to use (e.g. top management)
• Possibility to use the visualization/data in an automatic way connected to report outs like gate reporting, baseline evaluations or business support plan for decision making
Knowledge/Experience
• Excel in communication and collaboration skills
• Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization
• Ability to create new and better ways for the organization to be successful
• Value driven
• Curious and driven mindset
• Actively seeking new ways to grow using both formal and informal development channels
Required qualifications / skills
• M.Sc in Electrical and Software Engineering or similar relevant experience
• At least 10 years of experience from working with integration driven development from an embedded software system perspective including software test and integration
• Experience within automotive and from working in an international environment
• Knowledge and experience in how to systemize complex electrical systems
• Test developing, requirement and analysis skills
