Job Purpose
To manage and oversee financial accounting activities by ensuring accurate recording, classification, and reporting of financial transactions in compliance with applicable accounting standards, bank's policies, and regulatory requirements.
Main Tasks & Accountabilities
- Processing of Vendor’s Invoices. (Expenses & Fixed Assets)
- Processing of Vendor’s payment (Expenses & Fixed Assets)
- Staff Claim settlement based on HR Policy. (Branches & Head Office)
- Petty Cash settlement based on HR Policy. (Branches & Head Office)
- Posting of financial transactions in to IMAL system.
- Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
- Reconciliation of Outgoing Transfer, Finance Pay Order & Other related GL.
- Assisting with Schedules for various expenses for monthly closing.
- Fixed Assets – Verification, Transfer of Fixed Assets, Fixed Asset Bar Code Print, etc.
- Other tasks related to the role as and when they come up
Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree - Finance, Accounting or equivalent
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience
