Enterprise Agile Coach | Initial 3‑Month Contract (Extension Likely)

We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant transformation and are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support senior leaders through change and uplift agile maturity across the business.

This is an initial 3‑month contract with strong potential for extension.

Your new role

As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with C‑level executives and senior leaders, helping them translate strategy into measurable outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in driving change, enabling teams, and ensuring data‑led decision‑making at an executive level.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with C‑suite and senior stakeholders, providing trusted coaching and guidance
• Prepare and present clear, data‑driven reports and insights to executive audiences
• Support and embed agile ways of working across teams and leadership
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership forums
• Guide organisations through change and transformation initiatives
• Use metrics and data to track progress, highlight risks, and demonstrate value

Are you the one?

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in complex environments
• Strong C‑level stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Confident presenter with the ability to tell a compelling story through data and reporting
• Highly skilled in workshop facilitation, coaching, and training
• Experienced in organisational change and transformation
• Pragmatic, influential, and comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels
