What you'll do

• Responsible for the overall design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the transaction fraud risk control system;
• Identify and characterize complex transaction fraud behaviors (wash trading, fake orders, manipulation, rule abuse, etc.) based on transaction data;
• As the primary person responsible for transaction fraud risk, decide on real-time interception and handling strategies;
• Lead the development of transaction fraud rules, indicators, and behavioral models, and continuously optimize the hit rate and false positive rate;
• Collaborate with the trading, product, technology, and compliance teams to promote the optimization of trading mechanisms and risk control strategies.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in transaction risk control/anti-fraud/market surveillance, with team management experience;
• Deep understanding of exchange matching mechanisms and the risks of spot and derivatives trading;
• Strong data analysis skills, able to independently complete transaction behavior analysis (SQL/Python, etc.);
• Ability to make explainable risk decisions under high uncertainty and high pressure scenarios;
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and risk management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
