We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join us at Telia.

I’m Monika Ažukaitė, Head of Prepaid and Public Web Team, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us! As a QA Engineer, you will take ownership of quality across our prepaid and public web platforms, helping shape how people experience our products and services online.

What you’ll do:

  • Participate in the full testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test case creation, and execution of functional and regression tests based on product requirements and specifications;
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and UX designers to ensure high quality delivery;
  • Identify, document, and investigate defects; support engineers in troubleshooting and update test cases as needed;
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and coordinate end–to–end testing activities;
  • Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks; create, execute, and maintain automated test suites;
  • Apply knowledge of the EU Web and Mobile Accessibility Directive during testing activities;
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • Proven experience in testing web and mobile applications;
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing principles, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Practical proven experience with test automation using Java, Selenium/Selenide, Jenkins and GitHub Actions;
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;
  • Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA, including TestFLO or similar test management plugins.

Bonus points for:

  • Hands-on experience with EU Web and Mobile Accessibility Directive requirements (WCAG compliance);
  • Experience using Postman for API testing and validation.

Monthly salary range for this position 3600 – 5400 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
