The Technical Project Manager will manage and coordinate projects and initiatives that support engineering teams responsible for Workplace technology covery client operating system, Microsoft 365, collaboration and voice- and mobile solutions. The role ensures timely delivery, stakeholder management, and quality across multiple technology domains

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Plan, track, and report on projects and initiatives in the digital workplace area
  • Ensure alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders
  • Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare documentation, project plans, and status reports
  • Ensure projects adhere to internal security, compliance, and regulatory standards

YOUR PROFILE

  • Skilled in planning, executing, and closing projects using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in driving adoption and managing organizational change for digital workplace solutions
  • Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Capable of managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently
  • Skilled in managing third-party vendors and service providers for technology delivery
  • Ability to analyse workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration
  • Understanding of data protection, compliance requirements, and security best practices in digital environments in a regulated industry
  • Strong skills in preparing clear status reports, and presenting to leadership
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex and Call Manager, Voice Recording, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.), and endpoint management tools
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2)
