The Journey

As our Data Engineer, you won’t just move data, you will build the brain of our organization. You will design and own the scalable ELT pipelines that turn raw numbers into strategic impact.

You will:

• Build & Scale: Design ELT pipelines into Snowflake using dbt and AWS (S3, Lambda).
• Architect: Define and evolve data models (star/snowflake schemas) that power our analytics and product decisions.
• Ensure Trust: Implement robust observability and alerting to ensure our data is always reliable and high-quality.
• Collaborate: Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clean, high-performance data products.
• Innovate: Drive engineering best practices through CI/CD, automation, and reusable code.
  
  

Are you the one?

You are a builder at heart who understands that great data is the foundation of every great fintech. You enjoy the technical challenge of a modern cloud stack but also have the business grasp to know why the numbers matter.

Your Toolkit:

• Tech Stack: Strong SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience in Snowflake and dbt.
• Cloud: Solid AWS experience (specifically S3 and Lambda).
• Engineering: A proven track record of building reliable pipelines and working with Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Mindset: You can challenge requirements, clarify use cases, and deliver data products that actually drive decisions.
  
  

Extra Credits / Nice to have:

• Experience with Fivetran, Omni, or Looker.
• Knowledge of orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster) or data observability.
• A background in FinTech or high-growth finance environments.
