Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to build scalable, high-performance, and intuitive frontend applications for enterprise-grade AI and analytics platforms. This role involves close collaboration with backend, data, product, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences for complex, data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React js
  • Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for consistency and faster development
  • Implement modern frontend architecture patterns ensuring maintainability and extensibility
  • Translate UI UX designs and business requirements into responsive, high-performing interfaces
  • Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation
  • Identify and resolve UI and performance issues across devices and platforms
  • Follow frontend security, accessibility WCAG, and usability best practices
  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers
  • Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
  • Mentor junior frontend developers and support frontend capability building

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in frontend development with strong hands-on React js expertise
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Strong experience with React ecosystem including Hooks, Context API, Redux, Zustand, or React Query
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Proven ability to optimize frontend performance for enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and CI CD pipelines
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind, CSS in JS, or SCSS
  • Exposure to AI, analytics, or data-driven enterprise platforms
  • Experience contributing to frontend architecture or design systems
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and frontend security best practices
  • Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior frontend developers
