We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in executing end-to-end Power BI projects, utilizing advanced technical and analytical skills to facilitate data-driven decision-making. This role is pivotal in connecting technical solutions with business requirements, providing valuable insights, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Power BI Development: Planning and delivering end-to-end Power BI projects, involving stakeholder discussions, requirement gathering, delivery planning, iterative development (Agile), post-release support, and project handover.
- Data Modeling & Visualization: Creating dynamic reports, insightful dashboards, and robust data visualizations using Power BI. Utilizing advanced features such as DAX, Power Query, and Dataflows.
- Data Integration & Analysis: Employing Power BI and SQL (IBM Netezza, Synapse) to integrate, analyze, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Automation: Implementing and optimizing workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Cloud Platform Proficiency: Utilizing the Microsoft Azure platform (including Entra ID) to manage and secure data environments.
- Business Analysis: Collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend needs, define requirements, and translate business challenges into technical solutions. Driving strategic planning and process optimization through data-driven insights.
- Power BI: Intermediate to senior-level proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Dataflows.
- SQL: Intermediate expertise, particularly with IBM Netezza and Synapse.
- Power Automate: Basic to intermediate proficiency.
- MS Azure Platform: Intermediate knowledge, especially Entra ID.
