Junior Project Manager (Bank l Contract) Up to $4.5K

Role Overview
This role supports Branch and Self-Service Banking (SSB) initiatives, focusing on operational change, testing, and delivery excellence. The incumbent will manage UAT, testing strategy, stakeholder coordination, and operational readiness for multiple initiatives including IT migration, hardware deployment, and seasonal campaigns. The role is hands-on, involving physical machine testing and close engagement with business, technology, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on business and user requirements
• Manage end-to-end UAT, including timelines, test execution, defect tracking, batch runs/re-runs, and daily test reporting
• Perform hands-on UAT and physical machine testing on Branch and SSB platforms
• Assess and propose testing approach and sign-off criteria, and obtain stakeholder concurrence
• Support Project Managers in scope clarification, impact assessment, governance activities, and presentation materials
• Collate, rationalise, and walkthrough stakeholder requirements with delivery teams
• Maintain project and testing documentation (data flow, design, business solution, testing approach) per predefined templates
• Act as Platform Coordinator representing Regional SSB Operations for Branch and SSB initiatives
• Support SSB Product Owners in backlog management, prioritisation, and budget tracking
• Contribute to the "Change the Bank" agenda by driving cost savings, low-maintenance designs, and operational efficiency
• Support major initiatives including IT migrations, hardware deployment, automation, reconciliation, and seasonal campaigns (e.g. CNY ATM Pop-Up)
• Coordinate change management and communications to ensure smooth project delivery and BAU readiness
• Work closely with Operations Heads and Project Managers to identify process improvements, strengthen controls, and reduce customer and staff pain points
• Provide BAU support by assisting users with business queries and system usage
• Perform project and BAU analysis and support multiple projects concurrently

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Project Management, UAT, or Operations Project Delivery.
• Proven ability to lead medium-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, UAT governance, and operational controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, reporting to multiple Project Managers.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, operations-focused environment involving hardware (ATMs, VTMs, CDMs).
