What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Implement the Scrum Framework and Agile processes across multiple Scrum teams to enhance delivery of exceptional solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead team breakout sessions during PI Planning to manage dependencies and risks
• Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Coordinate and manage dependencies between teams for smooth delivery of large program initiatives
• Utilize Agile metrics and tools, including Jira, to track team performance and program progress
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies
• Deep expertise in Jira administration and reporting
• Proven experience in leading multi-team Agile initiatives and managing complex dependencies
• Strong leadership and communication skills for fostering cross-team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with AI-driven Agile or productivity tools, such as AI-assisted backlog grooming or reporting
• Scrum.org PSM II or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
• Experience mentoring and coaching other Scrum Masters
• Proven success in scaling Agile across multiple teams
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Confluence and Aha!
