What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide leadership as a Scrum Master for multiple development scrum teams using SAFe Agile processes
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions
• Guide scrum teams on internal and external communication and improve transparency
• Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and provide performance feedback
• Shield scrum teams from distractions and maintain focus on product backlog items
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Certified Scrum Master Professional (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading agile scrum teams in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• 5+ years of IT experience as an application developer, business analyst, or project manager
• Experience with agile management and tracking tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMP ACP preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Familiarity with Atlassian collaboration tools (eazyBI reports)
