ML Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in building production-grade machine learning systems with all aspects of model training, tuning, deploying, serving and monitoring.
• Proven experience as an ML Engineer building end-to-end ML pipelines in production.
• Hands-on experience with Python-based ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar).
• Strong data engineering skills.
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to work independently, and collaborate with different team members.

Advantage:

• Understanding of ad-tech optimization dynamics.
• Experience working in Snowflake environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ML foundation powering the client’s ad network.
• Build, deploy, and operate scalable ML pipelines in a production environment.
• Design, evaluate, and iterate on ML models for ad ranking and decisioning.
• Work with diverse data sources to identify, validate, and integrate new signals into models.
• Ensure ML systems are reliable, performant, and continuously improving.
• Bridge business KPIs with ML-driven decisioning systems.
