User Experience Designer

UX/UI Designer - Hybrid - London - £50,000 - £55,000 pa

Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a UX / UI Designer to become part of their growing team. They’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX professional to craft intuitive, user-focused digital experiences across a portfolio of consumer-facing websites.

This role gives you the chance to contribute to sophisticated, high-volume eCommerce platforms accessed by millions of users throughout Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Map and refine end-to-end user flows across multiple brands and regional markets, from concept through to validation
• Develop low- to high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, and final UI layouts in Figma
• Plan and run user research activities including interviews, behavioural analysis, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams to translate requirements into engaging, practical design solutions, ensuring alignment with technical constraints and brand standards

Experience:

• Commercial background in UX / UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful eCommerce projects
• Confident use of Figma for design systems, reusable components, and interactive prototyping
• Track record of improving conversion, engagement, or other key performance metrics through UX optimisation
• Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and how front-end technologies impact design decisions
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design processes, accessibility, and usability best practices
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams with iterative delivery cycles
