Our team works closely across strategy, SEO, paid media, and design to deliver considered digital experiences. We value strong typography, clear content hierarchy, and purposeful layouts that elevate brand presence online.

You will be joining a small, collaborative studio where quality, craft, and attention to detail are central to the way we work. The focus is on meaningful projects for clients who care about context, creativity, and impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

You will design and build WordPress websites across a range of projects, from new site launches to strategic redesigns. This includes landing pages, templates, and campaign assets, as well as shaping content hierarchy, layout systems and overall user experience.

Working closely with internal teams, you will translate brand direction into visual and structural design. The role sits between design and build, so you will be responsible for both the creative thinking and the execution, ensuring each site is polished, purposeful, and aligned with client goals.

You will contribute to projects where design decisions are informed by research, content structure, and user intent, rather than relying on generic templates or shortcuts.

YOU WILL NEED...

• Strong experience designing and building WordPress websites
• Experience working with themes such as Salient, Bridge or similar
• Advanced experience with WPBakery Page Builder
• Experience using Gravity Forms and common WordPress plugins
• Strong understanding of content hierarchy, semantic structure, and UX fundamentals
• Confidence with typography, layout systems, and visual structure

IT'S NICE TO HAVE...

• cPanel or hosting fundamentals,
• HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery,
• Figma or Adobe tools
• AI workflow tools
• Exposure to platforms such as Shopify, Squarespace or Wix.
