Paid Software Engineering Evaluation Opportunity ($500)

Overview

We are conducting a time-bound Software Engineering evaluation initiative to identify high-quality engineering talent at scale. This is a paid technical assessment program, not an active job opening or hiring role.

Qualified candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be paid $500 for their time.

This includes curating code examples, providing precise solutions, and making corrections in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go; evaluating and refining AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability; and working with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise-level AI-driven coding solutions.

Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Enforced)

• Software Engineering professionals only
• Graduates from Tier 1 colleges and/or professionals from Tier 1 companies
• (as per the approved list provided)
• 5+ years of relevant Software Engineering experience
• Candidates must be based in the United States or Western Europe / UK
• Immediate availability to complete the assessment

Assessment Process

The evaluation consists of two stages:

1. Automated Coding Challenge

• Duration: 30–45 minutes
• Focus: Problem-solving, coding proficiency, and logic

1. AI-Based Technical Interview

• Duration: ~20 minutes
• Focus: Technical depth, reasoning, and engineering fundamentals

Total time commitment: Approximately 1 hour

Compensation

• $500 paid per candidate upon successful assessment clearance
