Scrum Master

We are looking for a scrum master to start ASAP for at least 6 months, with possible extensions. Gent environment.

Responsibilities:

• responsible for implementing the scrum way of working
• manage multiple teams
• coordinate and develop the agile mindset
• you are the link between product owners, project managers and scrum teams

Experience & Competencies

• senior in scrum and agile working
• experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce
• flexible mindset
• proactive
• stress-resistant, able to cope with multiple projects
• Dutch mother tongue and English

Offer:

• Temporary assignment of 6 months with potential extensions.
• Possibility to work remote for 3 days as week
