Associate Software Engineer (C# / .NET)

Remote (Germany) | Frankfurt

I’m partnering with an established, international software company that builds mission-critical systems used worldwide. They’re hiring an Software Engineer to contribute to a large, long-term software platform that underpins their core products.

This is a hands-on engineering role offering exposure to complex systems, strong technical mentorship, and clear progression toward senior-level responsibility over time.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement new functionality within a large-scale software platform
• Maintain and improve existing code with a focus on reliability and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and learn from senior engineers
• Debug and resolve technical issues with support when needed
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in code quality, tooling, and processes
• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers across the team

What they’re looking for

• Commercial experience with C# / .NET
• Experience working on non-trivial or production software systems
• Interest in building and maintaining complex, long-lived applications
• Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow technically
• Exposure to C++ is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in English or German
