€55k to €65k + Car/Van

Required for leading Precast contractor who are undertaking large residential projects in West Dublin.

Reporting to Senior Project Manager.

Role

• Site based , managing the supply and erection of all Precast elements, floors, wall and stairs.
• Organising deliveries and logistics with main contractor/developer for site access and lifting times/cranage.
• Managing all Quality Control inspections associated with extensive precast frames.
• Attending regular ‘white-board’ meetings.
• Liaising with the design team for any amendments/changes.
