To support high-value engagements within the life insurance and wealth management ecosystem, we are seeking a Data Analyst / Data Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine understanding of business realities.

Your Mission

As a Data Analyst / Data Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights and robust solutions:

• Engage with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs within the Luxembourg life insurance environment
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and value-driven data solutions
• Design, implement, and enhance Data Warehouse architectures, including ETL processes and data models
• Operate across MS SQL Server and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) environments
• Develop, maintain, and monitor ETL pipelines using TimExtender, ensuring reliability, performance, and data quality
• Continuously optimize data integrations, data models, and overall performance
• Design and deliver high-quality BI reports and dashboards using Qlik
• Support business teams on data-related topics such as integration, data quality, governance, and usage
• Perform advanced data analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational optimization (Python)

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Data, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
• 2 to 7 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or equivalent role, ideally within financial services or insurance
• Proven experience with Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence environments
• Strong command of SQL (MS SQL Server), ETL tools (TimExtender is a strong advantage), Qlik, and Python
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery is highly valued
• Ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex needs into pragmatic and effective solutions
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and professional rigor
• Fluent in English and French
