Wolf Theiss, an international law firm with branches across 13 capital cities in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, is currently looking for Junior Associates to join our team in Ljubljana.

We are looking to strengthen our teams in Corporate, Banking & Finance and Data Protection matters.

Your job will involve working on engaging cases with international elements, ranging from company formation, due diligence reviews, and internal investigations to contract drafting and review, reorganisations and innovative business models.

You will be perfect for the role if:

• You are interested in or even have experience in corporate, banking and finance, and data protection;
• You are responsible, well organised and thrive in a dynamic environment;
• You have an excellent command of both written and spoken Slovenian (mother tongue) and English;
