๐ First who?
You are a UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of experience in web and application design. You are confident designing interfaces that simplify complex tasks, translating detailed requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences, and collaborating with multiple teams in parallel.
You bring a calm, structured approach to your work. You communicate design decisions clearly, apply research insights thoughtfully, and maintain a high bar for usability, visual clarity, and consistency. You are adaptable, able to move across domains when needed, and comfortable working in evolving environments.
๐This mission is hybrid, with on-site presence required 3 days per week in Bucharest.
๐ Then what?
You will contribute to making annotation an engaging and efficient experience for users. Your work will focus on improving user journeys across tools used for analyzing radar, sonar, and situational awareness signals. This involves defining UX/UI designs, creating wireframes and mock-ups, and ensuring the overall look, feel, and usability of the platform.
๐ Your mission
- Design user-friendly and effective interfaces for complex annotation platforms
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, guided user journeys
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve ergonomics, usability, and satisfaction
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity designs ready for implementation
- Optimize user experience in areas like guidance, workload, error management, and cognitive load
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs deliver real value
- Maintain consistency, accessibility, and quality across the platform
โ๏ธ Your toolbox
- Proven experience (3+ years) in UX/UI design including web and visual design
- Strong skills in design thinking, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping
- Solid understanding of human behavior and how people interact with technology
- Experience with Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills to convey designs to stakeholders and teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
