Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure smooth delivery of projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Create and maintain an effective collaboration framework between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, clarify requirements, and manage expectations throughout the delivery process.
• Maintains clear and consistent communication channels and facilitates collaboration across teams to achieve organizational shared objectives;
• Support the prioritization of the product backlog together with the Product Owner, balancing value, team capacity, and organizational constraints.
• Ensure transparency on progress, deliverables, and impediments through clear and continuous communication.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders and manage conflicts constructively.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives at the organizational level through coaching, mentoring, and change facilitation.
• Support the team in adopting mature Agile practices and remove impediments to help the team achieve sprint goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experienced Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices and min 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile PM role in complex projects and environments;
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and expectation management skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Analytical and data-driven mindset to support informed decision-making
