Role definition:


The Project Manager in the CTO Office drives strategic technology initiatives across Richemont, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and finalized on time and within budget. This role involves managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams, requiring strong project management skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with the CTO, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic value.

Reporting To: Head of CTO Portfolio Management


Key Responsibilities:


· Project Planning & Definition: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders; develop detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets; manage dependencies, critical path, risks, and mitigation strategies.

· Project Execution & Monitoring: Lead cross-functional teams and manage project resources (staff, contractors, vendors); monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure plan adherence; manage changes, risks, issues, and facilitate project meetings.

· Stakeholder Communication & Management: Serve as primary communication contact, providing clear status reports to the CTO and stakeholders; manage expectations, foster relationships, and resolve conflicts.

· Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.

· Quality Assurance & Closure: Ensure quality deliverables, facilitate project closure, and document outcomes/best practices.

· Strategic Contribution: Contribute to PM methodology refinement, support CTO strategic planning, and identify innovation opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business Admin, or related field. Master's or PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications highly desirable.

· Experience: 5-7 years progressive project management experience, primarily in technology in a multi-product organization. Proven success delivering complex IT projects on time and budget. CTO Office or strategic tech function experience a strong plus. Global, multi-brand organizations experience an advantage.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and software (Jira, Asana, MS Project). Familiarity with enterprise IT systems (SAP landscape), infrastructure, SDLC, and emerging technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and team oriented. Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments. Fluent in English; French a plus.
