Network & Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain our core network infrastructure, virtual environments, VMware platforms, and server systems. This role collaborates with cross functional teams to deploy robust solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure secure, high performance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Engineering: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Virtualization / VMware: Support and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtual network services.
• Server Management: Maintain and troubleshoot server hardware, Linux/Windows environments, and infrastructure services.
• Security & Monitoring: Use network and system monitoring tools to ensure performance, stability, and security.
• Collaborate with systems, security, and cloud teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Document technical processes and best practices for internal use.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN).
• Hands on experience with network devices configuration and operation.
• Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, vSphere, ESXi).
• Knowledge of server technologies, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network monitoring, security principles, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, VCP – VMware Certified Professional).
• Chinese language skills preferred.
