We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. We are in the midst of a major rewrite of our systems and need a lead-level developer to help shape the future of our digital dental care products.

About the Role: In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in our team. You will have significant autonomy to influence how we design solutions that meet high standards for performance, accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Take a lead role in frontend development, including making key architectural and design decisions.
  • System Rewrite: Drive the ongoing rewrite and further development of our Angular-based applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and the application of best development practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our workflows, technology stack, and the collective expertise of the team.
  • Scalability & Maintenance: Build robust solutions designed for long-term sustainability and ease of maintenance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive Angular Experience: Several years of professional frontend development with deep proficiency in Angular.
  • Full-stack Perspective: Some experience with backend development, databases, and API design to understand the end-to-end system flow.
  • Technical Ownership: Proven ability to take responsibility for technical decisions and lead a project from a frontend perspective.
  • UX/UI Mindset: A strong eye for design and user experience is highly meritorious.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Collaborative Spirit: You work structured and independently but thrive in a team culture characterized by knowledge sharing and professional support.
