We are looking for a proactive, independent project manager to drive global, cross-functional projects that truly make an impact. We are looking for a dynamic individual, energized by ownership, that thrives in complex cross-functional situations, and knows how to steer both projects and people through change.


Your role


Our Global Program Management Office (GPMO) runs diverse global projects that support the company's strategy and growth. The department work is cross-functional and involves frequent communication with various departments and stakeholders within the company.


Field of work includes:

  • Manage global and strategic projects from initiation to delivery and closure.
  • Manage the triple constraints of projects, on time, in scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify risks and proactively mitigate them.
  • Ensure quality, alignment, and successful delivery.
  • Provide support to project sponsor and people leaders in change management activities, leading project teams and stakeholders through change.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the GPMO.


Who you are


  • 5+ years of relevant project management experience across relevant industries.
  • Degree in project management, business, engineering, or similar.
  • Experience managing multiple cross‑functional (Business + IT) projects independently
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Skilled with project management tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, ownership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder and change management.
  • PM certifications (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum, Prosci ADKAR) are a plus.


Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands or Stockholm, Sweden.
