Technical Project Manager

Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) has a consulting assignment available for an experienced Technical Project Manager to work on a project in Landskrona, Skåne.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong embedded firmware background to lead development projects for industrial products.

This role is hands-on and technical. You will work closely with embedded firmware engineers, electronics specialists, and manufacturing, ensuring that development moves forward in a structured but practical way.

What you will do:

• Lead embedded firmware development projects from concept to industrialisation
• Work closely with firmware and electronics engineers on technical decisions
• Coordinate development activities across R&D, suppliers, and factories
• Identify and manage technical risks in firmware and electronics
• Support industrialisation and production readiness
• Manage external suppliers and bought services when required
• Handle project budgets, tools, and equipment purchases where relevant

What we are looking for:

• Background as an embedded firmware engineer
• Solid experience with C++ and some C
• Experience working close to hardware / electronics
• Understanding of industrial or embedded products (not purely cloud software)
• Experience with legacy systems and long-lifecycle products
• Functional safety experience is a plus
• Comfortable using modern tools (including AI-assisted development tools)
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable leading engineers

Logistics:

• Onsite (5 days a week)
• Location- Landskrona, Skåne
• Start date: March / April
