BI Analyst

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join the Mitigram team in their ambitious endeavor to shape the future of financing global trade.

The Stockholm based role involves close collaboration with many parts of the organization. You'll interface with product, customer success and engineering teams whilst also supporting customer data needs. Your focus will be to support analytics delivery by contributing to data solutions, collaborating on implementation, and helping ensure reporting and data pipelines are delivered accurately and on time.

What You Will Do

• Support analytics delivery: Assist in building, maintaining and validating datasets, reports and dashboards used internally and by external clients.
• Work with data models and reports: Help develop and maintain Power BI models, measures and visualizations following established best practices.
• Ensure data quality: Perform data validation, troubleshooting and basic analysis to ensure reports are accurate and consistent.
• Collaborate with engineering teams: Work alongside engineering teams to support data pipelines and product development.
• Support client reporting: Assist with external reporting deliveries and help ensure client data requirements are met in collaboration with senior analytics colleagues.
• Document and improve: Contribute to documentation of datasets, metrics, and reporting logic to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
  
  

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering and/or other relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience with Power BI and data pipelines
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python, SQL and DAX
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A willingness to learn modern data tools and workflows
• Strong business understanding and the ability to translate domain logic to scalable data solutions
