As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans to guide the execution and success of projects.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve required deliverables.
• Identify project requirements and define the project scope and objectives clearly.
• Monitor and maintain project progress while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders and senior management.
• Utilize appropriate project management tools and techniques for tracking progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project governance standards and processes for consistency.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations consistently.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to project sponsors and executive level management.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills required for effective management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred but not mandatory.
