Business Analysis Specialist

Synopsis



The role is part of the Commercial Enablement & Engagement team, where the individual will get the chance to be involved in delivering projects for the Pricing and Revenue Management (RM) function. You will leverage your advanced analytical skills and the wider analytical toolkit to analyze and visualize data, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Accountabilities

• Working with relevant stakeholders to analyse requirements and identify or design a solution to a business problem/requirement
• Construct data models and analytical tools to support stakeholders in key commercial decisions to ensure reliable, well‑structured datasets for analysis.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and provide actionable insights for leadership teams.
• Maintain and automate routine tasks on system health
• Participate in key projects, including testing and implementing new technologies to maximize revenue
• Manage data quality assurance of inputs and outputs for the different reports and analytical tools
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, and Engineering preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience in the analytical area
• Experience in the usage of data science programming languages (R, Python, Tableau) and strong proficiency in SQL and VBA for data analysis and automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to turn complex analyses into simple, actionable stories for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of basic machine learning or predictive modeling techniques and their practical application to business problems is preferred.
