THE POSITION

The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with our Recruiting team and Stakeholders for one of our main clients. This role is primarily responsible for booking interviews, coordinating schedules and diaries with stakeholders in multiple timezones, creating and raising contracts as well as other general administrative duties.

  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications when required.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Provide high levels of customer service to stakeholders of various levels and candidates
  • Schedule interviews
  • Create offer letters
  • Gather documents for onboarding
  • Follow up with approvers
  • Oversee a consistent and compliant process


Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and VMS tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.


Nice to haves

  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management.
