Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Security Specialist to manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration for accessing Azure resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing manual enrollment with CyberArk and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Policies and Procedures: Demonstrate a strong understanding of security policies and procedures.
• MFA Configuration: Manage and process manual enrollment for MFA using CyberArk and third-party services.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify security issues and risks, and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Security Compliance: Participate in security compliance efforts to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Reporting and Management: Prepare management reports on all security engagements, manage workload and priorities to focus on areas with the highest risk.
• CyberArk TOTP Enrollment: Handle CyberArk TOTP enrollment processes.
• Troubleshooting: Collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve MFA-related issues.
• User Assistance: Assist and guide users with any questions regarding MFA registration.
• Business Needs vs. Security Concerns: Weigh business needs against security concerns and recommend necessary changes to enhance information systems security. Act as a focal point for business units on all security matters. Conduct security assessments on high-profile initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 2-3 years of working experience with CyberArk
• Experience in MFA solutions
• Familiarity with Azure and other cloud services

Nice to Have:

• Help desk experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite
• CyberArk certifications
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology
