Senior Associate/Director – Alternative Investments

SkyWater is pleased to be representing our client, a Twin Cities-based boutique alternative investment firm, in identifying the firm’s next hire. This high-visibility role offers broad exposure across financial planning, accounting, cash management, ad hoc financial analysis, and strategic projects, and will involve daily, direct collaboration with the firm’s senior leadership.

– 5–10 years of experience in private equity, real estate investment, or asset management

– Experience across FP&A, accounting, and operational finance

– Deep understanding of investment management, deal structures, and waterfall modeling

– Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and safeguarding confidential information

– Strong attention to detail, high level of resourcefulness, and unquestionable integrity and discretion

Desired Skills And Experience
